Airia Papadopoulos is an applied anthropologist and consultant with 15 years of experience guiding organizations in both the private and public sectors through strategic design and implementation. Her work spans small businesses, nonprofits, community-based organizations, academia, and government, where she has specialized in research, engagement, and organizational transformation.
Airia has led the design and execution of community engagement strategies, incorporating market research, data collection, and translation of insights into actionable solutions. She has supported organizations in redesigning administrative and operational processes, developing strategic plans, writing grants, and creating budgets that align resources with mission priorities.
