Jay began his career in engineering and operations before moving into senior management, where he directed global manufacturing, logistics, and aftermarket divisions across North America, South America, Europe, and Africa. He has successfully led transformations that improved cash flow, streamlined production, and elevated organizations to benchmark status within their industries. His expertise covers OEM and aftermarket markets, specialty manufacturing, and industrial supply chains, with achievements that include advancing product development, implementing Lean and Kanban systems, and driving consistent profitability in highly competitive environments.
